Paid Media Manager

About the position:

We're looking for a smart, ambitious, analytical digital marketing strategist to help with our company as well as client paid advertising campaigns.

The right match for us would be interested in a career in digital marketing, and eager to learn and obtain hands-on experience about digital marketing platforms such as Google, Bing, Facebook, YouTube, etc. The ideal candidate would be beginning their marketing career and feels passionate about stepping forward to take ownership in large scale campaigns and budgets.

Job Responsibilities: What will you do?

  • Plan, deploy, develop, maintain, monitor, expand, analyze and optimize company & client advertising campaigns
  • Work closely with marketing management to assist in implementation of necessary changes to company, new and existing client campaigns
  • Proactively seek, identify and evaluate innovative opportunities for campaign growth and improvement
  • Take part in setting the overall marketing strategy by providing feedback and actively sharing data and results
  • Maintain high performance marketing campaigns by monitoring results and promptly responding with appropriate tweaks & changes
  • Optimize the landing page and funnel experiences to improve traction and conversion

Other Potential Job Responsibilities:

  • Update PPC budget spreadsheets (Excel) for company & client accounts
  • Communicate with accounting on client PPC billing
  • Generate monthly client campaign performance reports for billing

Required Qualifications:

  • Degree in marketing or related field
  • Passionate, driven individuals just beginning or interested in seeking a career in digital marketing
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Active interest in innovative technologies
  • Tech-savvy
  • Excellent communication (oral and written), attention to detail, time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to analyze data, and deliver meaningful conclusions that can be turned into actionable decisions

Preferred Skills:

  • Google AdWords and/or Google Analytics Certified
  • Prior experience and/or familiarization with Google AdWords, Bing, Yahoo, Facebook and/or YouTube ad platforms
  • Prior experience and/or familiarization using Google Analytics and generating custom reports
  • Experience in B2B digital marketing
  • Coding experience

Compensation & Benefits:

Compensation will be determined based on education and experience. Work status may be part-time or full-time, depending on availability. Employee benefits for full-time workers include health insurance and an employer-matched 401k investment program. This position will be considered for bonus payments
