Advantage Engineering review from Reverence Brewing Co.
Our initial sales experience went very well. After that, things went down hill quickly. The unit has broken down on us multiple times for multiple reasons and cost us over a month of production and lost product. Advantage contracted a local service company to come out and take care of us. Initially, Advantage seemed interested in fixing our issue. However, as the problems kept coming, they became less and less responsive, until finally we received a very short response from a manager telling us that the unit was out of warranty. We understand that things happen, but we were sold a faulty piece of equipment and they let us suffer through until they could quote warranty terms and brush us off. This is very poor customer service. We would not recommend using this company.
