Bucy Die Casting Corp. has been providing precision, thin wall die casting services to the electronics, RV, agricultural, and hobby industries for over 50 years. We work with aluminum and zinc materials and offer unit die, die shoe, and complete die casting mold types. Using pressure of up to 900,000 lb, we can produce components measuring up to 9" high and 18" in diameter that weigh up to 10 lb. Our process is virtually flash free because our tolerances are close enough in the mold (±.002" across parting line) that we don't require a trim die. To ensure the highest quality of our products, we perform casting analysis on a coordinate measuring machine. We are also so sure of work that we guarantee our molds will last for 100,000 shots. Secondary services are also available and include filing, smoothing, painting, powder coated, plating, and anodizing.
