Applications of Paint Machines

With the exception of spray guns, most paint machines are used primarily in manufacturing industries. Some paint machines can be operated by robots and conveyors to expedite the painting process. Spray guns are used in various projects and use high pressure to move paint from a reservoir through the trigger mechanism. In this way, paint is applied in a thin, uniform coat to the desired surface. Although spray guns are used in assembly lines at industrial plants, they are also commonly used to paint the exterior of houses. Many industries utilize spray booths for their industrial painting needs. Spray booths are enclosures used to contain the fumes produced by paint spraying operations. They come in a variety of designs, including small cabinets and larger rooms that accommodate the machine operator as well as the items to be coated. Spray booths are used for the application of paint but can also provide powder and thermal coating. Some booths have special features that allow for the recollection and reuse of paint.
