Specialty & Ball Valve Engineering designs and manufactures high pressure and custom ball valves for military and industrial fluid systems. We specialize in Navy MIL-V-22687 valves which are qualified for high shock and vibration. Materials are stainless or better and our quality system is registered to ISO 9001:2015. Valves and materials are selected to meet individual customer requirements. Sizes range from 2.3 inch bore (5ksi WOG) to 1mm bore (automotive emissions). Designs are “fixed” ball type using trunnions. The result is much reduced operating torque (0.5 bore valve at 5ksi has 85 in-lb breakout torque).
