We have the capability of 2D Laser, 3D Laser, Tube Laser, 3D & 2D Waterjet cutting. CNC Milling, Bending/Forming and Welding services are also available. We are experts at cutting preformed shapes, tubes, channel, angle iron and rework of painted parts. We can also laser cut pre-punched parts, Hoffman box modifies – which can be very cost effective when dealing with complex outside patterns.
With 18,000-square-feet of state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities we are able to offer complete secondary services. Serra Laser Center has the capability of laser and waterjet cutting preformed shapes, tubes, channel, angle iron and rework of painted parts. We make your unique laser and waterjet cut parts from print, simple drawing, .DXF, .DWG, .STEP, .AI, .IGES file or Reverse Engineering. Programming of the parts can be from drawing or sketch with a reduced cost when a clean, exploded .DXF file is provided. Signs can be produced using virtually a True Type font, which can lead to some very interesting design. Laser engraving or marking of parts can also be done.
