Our facility also features an in-house mold making center, a low-pressure and gravity feed aluminum die-cast machine, a cutting-edge machining facility, a testing lab complete with X-Ray capabilities, and a metal treating facility. These features allow us to provide additional services such as ceramic mold making, advanced machining, and heat treatment—all done in-house so your order will never be delayed while waiting for outside services. Depending on the complexity of the parts, you can expect sample development to take 2-4 weeks and the batch production time to take 4-6 weeks.
