The original StockCap production began with dip molding, a method that dips a heated mold into liquid then extracts the mold & is cured by applying more heat. The key ingredient is the liquid material. There’s an art in producing the liquid, called plastisol, which is a mix of resin, plasticizers & stabilizers. Our chemists have produced thousands of formulas to create various properties for the liquid plastisol. Our ability to mix our own plastisol yields benefits that we can pass to our customers.
