We eliminate the necessity for secondary operations by incorporating many of these steps into the roll forming process. The ability to manufacture parts from precoated, prepainted, and preplated materials is a unique roll forming feature. Processes like notching and punching can also be done prior to roll forming, permitting holes and slots in areas that could not be reached in other processes.
