ANKA Tool & Die, Inc. was founded in 1970 by Anton Karl in a small workshop in West Nyack, NY and remains a family business today. The original facility was completed in February 1980, was recently expanded to 18,000 square feet and is filled with state-of-the-art machinery. ANKA Tool & Die has established itself as a leading producer of high quality tooling, products and services. Our injection molding services handle over 150 thermoplastic formulations, including ABS, polypropylene, polystyrene, and TPE. We provide both insert molding and overmolding services. With nine injection molding machines having tonnages that range from 40 to 245 tons, we can produce parts weighing up to 20 ounces.
Our methods and expertise provide you with molding options ranging from a short run to millions of pieces, through the use of single to multi-cavity molds. With our highly skilled toolmakers and design staff, we can take your product from concept to design all the way through production. We can work with your printed drawings or interface with our CAD/CAM systems via IGES, STEP, DWG, DXF or similar files using industry-leading Pro/Engineer and TekSoft Software.
