Master Bond Inc. formulates the highest quality adhesives, sealants, coatings, potting and encapsulation compounds, and impregnation resins. Each compound is specially formulated to meet specific application needs and requirements. Since 1976, Master Bond has focused on developing the best in epoxies, silicones, polysulfides, UV cures and other specialty adhesive systems. Master Bond products are used in many critical applications in a wide range of industries including electronics, OEM, oil and chemical processing, medical, aerospace, transportation, among others. Compounds are formulated with a wide array of performance properties including but not limited to, electrical properties, thermal conductivity, chemical resistance, high and low temperature serviceability, mechanical, strength, hardness and more. Specific formulations also pass strict testing requirements for NASA low outgassing, USP Class VI, FDA CFR 175.300 and CFR 175.105, UL 94V-0, UL 94V-1 and FAR standard 14 CFR 25.853(a) for flame retardancy, MIL-STD-883J for thermal stability, ISO 10993-5 cytotoxicity, and RoHS standards, and more.
