For over 35 years, Conveyor Engineering & Manufacturing Co. has been providing top quality stainless screw conveyors and mixers. Joe Donita Cone and Bill Djerf started our company in a small shop in Shueyville, Iowa in 1977. Since then it has grown into a much bigger company and we have recently moved into a new 116,000 square foot design and production facility in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. For over three decades, our company has been providing high quality and reasonably priced products. Our goal is to provide customers with the best products in the industry and our wide variety of products and services allow them to do so.
We have a strong relationship with customers from various industries. Some of the industries we serve include feed and grain, food, chemical, brewing, pulp and paper, mining and power production, sugar, wastewater treatment, and many more. Our capabilities include engineering and manufacturing all products in-house, reacting to customer breakdown situations, and providing outstanding customer service. We also have various engineering services such as 3D component animation, simulations, horsepower calculations and more. We also specialize in repairs and have been doing them for 35 years. Our repair services includes 24 hour emergency service, dye penetrant inspections, failure analysis, gearbox repair and rebuilds, modifications, quick turns, and x-ray analysis.
Conveyor Engineering & Manufacturing Co. also makes screw conveyors, mixers, and screw presses. Our screw conveyors are available in vertical, inclined, mixers, shaftless, feeders, corrosion resistant, abrasion resistant, cantilevered, and many other configurations. Our mixer options include continuous and batch mixers and come in various materials. Our repair services are well regarded by customers and many times the repairs and solutions provide improved long term answers and better running machines.
