Vinyl Bag
Vinyl bags are plastic receptacles made from vinyl materials that are used for a variety of storage, packing, and shipping applications. Vinyl is a polymer also known as polyvinyl chloride (PVC) which has extremely versatile properties of strength, rigidity and flexibility. Vinyl's high strength-to-thickness ratio makes it a top choice for harsh storage applications in which tearing may be a concern. Vinyl bags are commonly used to protect linens such as blankets, sheets and comforters from being damaged or dirtied in shipment and retail facilities. As a polymer material, vinyl bags provide contents protection from chemicals, air pollutants and liquids.
Although vinyl bags' applications in the consumer industry are more well-known, they are often used in industrial and manufacturing settings in applications such as: parts storage and packaging, textile protection, medical equipment storage and protection, pharmaceutical storage and food storage. Vinyl bags are often used in the tradeshow and retail sectors as promotional tote bags, cosmetic bags, makeup bags, purses, dry cleaning bags, garment bags and household appliance covers. Due to vinyl's strength and flexibility, vinyl bags maybe be fitted with zippers and sewn seams so that they may be opened and closed securely multiple times. Vinyl bags may also be equipped with draw-string enclosures and may be customized with opaque or translucent colors and custom screen printing.
