Randolph Manufacturing Corporation (RMC) was established in Randolph, New Jersey in late 1978. A multi-spindle screw machine shop, RMC primarily supplied customers in the electronic component industry. Randolph Mfg. Corp. continues to supply low cost, time-sensitive, defect-free parts to the fastener, automotive, electronic, aerospace, medical and hermetic-seal industries.
In 1987, RMC, in cooperation with Sussex Wire, acquired a new 23,000 sq. ft. building and eight acres of land in Easton, Pennsylvania. In the years following, RMC developed a reputation for quality products at competitive pricing, utilizing the latest technologies available in order to supply zero defect products to most of its customers. RMC’s capabilities were broadened by acquiring high precision production CNC Machines in the late 1990’s.
By the year 2000, RMC had expanded to a 42 machine operation. Due to the expanding customer base and diversity of industries, RMC achieved the goal of QS-9000 certification. RMC continues to serve and comply with the automotive industry, becoming certified to ISO-9001:2015 requirements once the automotive-specific QS-9000 standard became obsolete.
As part of QS-9000 standard and through to ISO-9001:2015 and quality control for internal and external documents, you can depend on Randolph Mfg. to utilize the most current revisions and best practices for handling DFARS, REACH and ROHS complaint traceability for both production requirements and record keeping.
