Marking Machinery

Marking machinery refers to a variety of machines that are used to implement images, logos, identification codes, part numbers, hazardous symbols and much more. Marking machines are ideal for adding a uniform system to a workplace and there are several logistical benefits associated with marking machinery. Palletizers

Palletizers can be categorized into three different types: robotic palletizers, high level palletizers, and low level palletizers. Robotic palletizers are programmable hydraulic machines that are able to sort and stack items with precision. The difference between high level palletizers and low level palletizers is how the pallets are loaded. In low level palletizers the products are loaded from the ground level whereas the high level palletizers are loaded from above. All of these systems are fully automatic and perform at a much faster rate compared to humans due to the fact these machines do not become fatigued.

Plastic Bags

Plastic bags are often described as lightweight and flexible polymeric films that are used for packaging, storing and transporting. Plastic bags offer a wide range of customization from size, color, shape and even resealable features. Bags are very common items and they are used in a growing number of industries. Not only do these items offer convenient storing but they are very simple to make. Plastic bags are also preferred in situations where sterile storing is required but the clear plastic allows for easy viewing to distinguish different types of parts or materials.

Vacuum Forming

Vacuum forming is a process that goes by a few different names such as vacuum molding or thermoforming. Vacuum forming is known as one of the oldest styles for shaping plastics. Polystyrene, polyethylene, polycarbonate and acrylic are the common types of plastics associated with vacuum forming. In the first stage of the vacuum forming process a plastic sheet is placed into a frame which is inside of a vacuum chamber. The chamber is heated and the frame lowered to be draped over a mold which then air is pumped out of the chamber so the plastic can adhere to the mold. The plastic is then cooled and removed from the mold.
