We are capable of blow molding parts with final dimensions up to 110” x 60”. We also provide catered and flexible programs to cover all your quality control needs, including CMM, QC sheets, process sheets, and weight and wall thickness measurements. Our accumulator blow molding machines range from 3 to 80 pound shot size and include everything in between. Our facility is also updated with a new material feed system, updated chiller, and new blenders.
To ensure highly efficient blow molding processes, we have a highly qualified staff in our facility including processors and mold setters. Our capable team enable quick change-overs and startups to run seamlessly and prevent downtime, thus bettering our ability to serve.
