Batch Ovens
Batch ovens are industrial ovens that process a group of products at a single time. Batch ovens are used for processes and applications involving longer cycle times and multiple temperature requirements, including aging, bonding, drying, curing, heat treating, finish baking, and burn-in.
Smaller batch ovens are known as cabinet or bench ovens and are generally loaded by individual racks. Cabinet or bench ovens are generally mounted on integral stands.
Larger batch ovens are known as walk-in or truck-in ovens and are loaded with wheeled racks, carts or trucks. Walk-in or truck-in ovens typically have double doors and integral carts and shelves.
Batch ovens can be convection or infrared heated ovens. They can be powered either by electric or gas.
